RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided your items meet our returns policy requirements.

Important Information About Returns

Return addresses: Returns from EU countries must be sent to our designated returns address in Portugal. Returns from countries outside the EU can be sent to our UK returns address in Guildford, Surrey. Please follow the instructions provided through the returns portal to ensure your return is sent to the correct address.

Condition of returned items: Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached.

Non-returnable items: Goods which are made to order, embroidered, used goods or made to measure items are non-returnable.

Faulty or incorrect goods: If you receive a faulty item or goods that do not match their specification, please contact our Customer Services team so we can help arrange an appropriate resolution. sales@kingofcotton.co.uk

 

Product Information

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

We decline any responsibility in case of inappropriate use of our products. This may include abnormal wear due to external factors, e.g. friction caused between synthetic fabrics and our natural cotton products.

 

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us at sales@kingofcotton.co.uk. 

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. The cost of returning the items is at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
