At King of Cotton, we make every effort to ensure that using our website and shopping with us is convenient and straightforward.

REFUNDS

King of Cotton respects its customers’ time and rights. Within one month of the invoice date, customers may return their ordered products without giving a reason and receive a refund or exchange.

We will also provide a refund or exchange if the products delivered are damaged or unusable, or if the products received do not match those ordered.

Please note that the above provisions do not apply to products for which an embroidery service has been ordered.

Images published on our website are intended to provide a general representation of the products offered. The products received may differ slightly from those shown. Any accessories, decorations and props visible in the images are not included in the offer unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to ensure that the photographs on our website accurately reflect the appearance and, in particular, the colour of our products. However, because monitors and displays and their settings vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be displayed correctly on your device.

We do our utmost to ensure that the images, descriptions and other information about the goods and services offered on our website are accurate and clear, and confirm that they are published in good faith. However, please note that they are intended as general guidance only.

DETAILED RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of ordered products within one month of the order date, provided the product is intact or has been repackaged in a way that does not prevent it from being resold.

If a product is damaged, faulty or does not match the order, we will also provide a cash refund or process the return.

If products were ordered by mistake or the customer has changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. These goods may only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging.

When establishing our returns policy, we considered offering returns at our expense. However, we found that most companies offering free returns recover their costs in other ways, for example by increasing their product prices. As we did not wish to introduce hidden costs, we decided to make it clear that return shipping charges apply.

Made-to-order, individually embroidered, used or bespoke goods cannot be returned.

Please note that, due to the particular properties of cotton, colours may vary slightly between batches. We always try to make them as consistent as possible, but cotton is a natural fibre and shades may vary even when the same dye is used. This is common in the textile industry and cannot be standardised because of the nature of natural materials.

USER INFORMATION

All information supplied by a user when placing an order is referred to as “User Information”. By providing any information, the user confirms and declares that it is accurate. The user agrees to compensate King of Cotton for any losses, costs, expenses or damage resulting from the provision of inaccurate User Information.

Users should also read the King of Cotton Privacy Policy, available on this website, which provides further information about the collection and use of User Information.

Submitting User Information through this website constitutes the user’s consent to King of Cotton’s disclosure and use of that information in accordance with the King of Cotton Privacy Policy.

If a user provides incomplete or inaccurate User Information, attempts to transmit malware, viruses or any other harmful material to this website, attempts to alter the website’s content, or breaches these Terms and Conditions of Use in any other way, King of Cotton reserves the right to refuse to fulfil orders for goods and/or services placed through this website and to take legal action, including holding the user legally liable.

The user acknowledges and agrees that King of Cotton may disclose their identity and any other information they have provided through this website at the request of authorities entitled to receive such information when investigating an actual or suspected breach of the law.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Goods and services offered by King of Cotton are available only to people who have legal capacity and can enter into binding contracts. They are not available to anyone under the age of 18 or to anyone who is not legally permitted to enter into a sales contract.

Any unlawful use of, or other unlawful activity relating to, this website may give rise to civil and criminal liability. King of Cotton cannot guarantee that it will detect or be able to prevent unlawful or inappropriate use of this website, nor can it guarantee that it will provide notification of such use.

PLACING AN ORDER

Each order placed in accordance with the rules of this website constitutes an offer by the user to purchase from King of Cotton. This means that the user agrees to purchase the goods and pay the applicable amount at the time of ordering, including delivery charges and any other charges stated on the website.

King of Cotton reserves the right to accept or reject this offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of products or services, a pricing error or an error in the order.

As there may be reasons why King of Cotton cannot fulfil an order, the sales contract is considered concluded when the user receives email confirmation from King of Cotton that the order has been accepted and payment has been processed.

The user agrees that, once an order has been placed and payment processed, they are not entitled to withdraw or amend their commitment to purchase any goods and/or services from this website for any reason, including, without limitation, a delivery delay.

BACK ORDERS

If a product is out of stock, the user may request an availability notification to be sent to a specified email address.

If a user orders multiple products and one or more are unavailable at the time of ordering, they may still complete the order by paying for all products. Only the available products will be dispatched initially. The order will automatically be marked as “partially fulfilled”, and the remaining products will be dispatched when they become available. Any estimated delivery date displayed during ordering is for guidance only.

If you would prefer us to hold your order until all products are available, please notify us by telephone or email at info@kingofcotton.pl.

All unpaid or incomplete orders are automatically removed from the system within 28 days. Any order that cannot be fulfilled because of an address query, an out-of-stock product or another reason will also be cancelled within 28 days if the user does not contact us. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded.

PRICES

All prices for products and services displayed on the King of Cotton website are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN). Prices may change at any time and are subject to product availability. Product availability may also change.

The user is responsible for any charges, taxes or other financial liabilities imposed by authorities or government agencies, including customs duties, goods and services tax or any other tax applied to goods ordered through our website. The amount of VAT charged, where applicable, is shown alongside each product on our website.

Please note that only one discount or promotional code may be used per transaction.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This website is owned and operated by Nexcrown Associates Ltd, trading as King of Cotton (registered in England under company number 4381761, VAT registration number GB 798 8648 32).

By using this website—including accessing or browsing it or using any of its features—the user agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use, acknowledges that they have read and understood them, and recognises that they may be amended from time to time.

By ordering any products through our website and/or completing and submitting the registration form for registered users, the user confirms that these Terms and Conditions of Use are binding on them.

King of Cotton reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, with immediate effect. A user who continues to use our website after changes have been made agrees to comply with the amended terms and acknowledges that they are binding.
