Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and will refund the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. We will refund or replace any product that arrives in an unusable or faulty condition, or that differs from the product ordered.

Please note that embroidered products are normally non-refundable. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by improper use of our products. This may include abnormal wear caused by external factors, such as friction between synthetic fabrics and our natural cotton products.

Product images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may differ slightly from the images shown and do not include any pictured accessories unless these are listed in the product specification. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the actual colour of the goods. Although we aim to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and supplied in good faith.

Products may be returned at the customer’s expense, provided they have not been used and remain in their original condition. If a product is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent, whether in terms of dimensions or quality, our company will cover the return costs.
