Adults should get between 7 and 9 hours of quality sleep every night. Yet, according to The Sleep Council, the average person gets just 6.5 hours of sleep. Many of us are consistently missing out on important sleep. Poor sleep, or a lack of sleep, can cause many potential health issues.
Your bathroom should be a haven of rest, relaxation and self-care. Too often, we ignore the bathroom in favour of other spaces in the home, yet that may just be the room we visit most often during the day.
