Standard delivery will be with you in 2-3 working days, subject to availability.
Deliveries are undertaken Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.
In most cases you will also receive a 1 hour window in which your parcel will be delivered. So you don't have to wait in all day!

Premium UK Next Day Delivery
With you on the weekday after placing your order, as long as it is placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Saturday & Sunday UK Delivery
Orders for Saturday & Sunday delivery must be placed by 12 noon on Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered the following Saturday or Sunday.

Europe Delivery
Orders for delivery within the EU Zone 1 (excluding Cyprus & Canary Islands) will be delivered within 3-5 working days. EU Zone 2 and above will be delivered in 5-7 working days.

Collect From Store
We have retail outlets in Banstead, Byfleet and Richmond in the UK and Internationally at Nice and Paris in France, Malaga in Spain and Brussels in Belgium. Should you live locally to one of our stores, you can collect your order there, free of delivery charge.
Order for store collection must be placed 2 working days before the collection date.
